Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping and Processing

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $15. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please contact us at 816-587-8480. If we are out, please leave a message and phone number and we will return the call as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

Items shipped to Hawaii are delivered by UPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $15.

  • 48 States: charge varies based on location. Allow 5 business days for arrival
  • Rush 48 States: add $15 . Allow 2 business days for arrival
  • Alaska and Hawaii: add $15 . Allow 5 business days for arrival
  • U.S. Territories*: add $15. Allow 10-15 business days for arrival

*The regular shipping and processing charges stated on the Delivery and Processing Charges Chart cover Parcel Post Delivery. These charges do not include Surcharges that may apply to some items or Rush Charges.

For rush delivery, add $15.00 per address

Sales Tax

Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the state of Missouri.

To contact Customer Service from within the United States, please call 816-587-8480. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Rush Delivery and Processing

For an extra charge of $15 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 3 pm CST Monday through Thursday, you’ll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Rush service is not available for some oversize items, or out of stock items.

 

Sage Garden Style Online Return Policy

Welcome to our online website! We value your interest and know that as a customer you have many options. All of our products are carefully chosen with quality and value in mind reflecting our design philosophy of casual earthy elegance. For more information on outdoor furniture tips and trends visit our sister site at www.all-about-garden-furniture.com and our own blog on this site www.sagegardenstyle.com/blog where we cover what’s new in the casual furnishings market, local and regional events (sometimes we even get a little curious about what’s happening across the pond) where gardening is elevated to high art and anything else we find useful for home and garden décor today. We feel confident your order will meet or exceed your expectations. But if you want to return your order, here’s what to do:

  • Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned.
  • Merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase will qualify for a credit or refund at the time of return, but only with a valid receipt. (A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or packing slip.)
  • Return of merchandise purchased through our Sage Garden Style website will be accepted by mail with a return authorization. How to obtain a return authorization is explained below.
  • Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value.

To return an item by mail:

  1. Call 816-587-8480 or email sales@sagegardenstyle.com to get a return authorization number . No returns will be accepted without an authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
  2. Enclose a copy of the packing slip.
  1. Repack product in original shipping materials.
  2. Insure the package.
  3. Mail it to the address on the shipping label AND mark the outside of the package with the return authorization number as follows: Return Authorization #…

If you do not have a packing slip or if you have received damaged or defective merchandise please call or email us promptly at 816-587-8480 or sales@sagegardenstyle.com. Thanks again for your order, and we hope you’ll come visit us again soon at Sage Garden Style.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours. Generally the refund will be returned to the original credit card used, by check, or by PayPal as applicable, and will appear on your card 1-2 days after the credit is processed.

Store credits are a helpful alternative and available upon request. A store credit can be used towards your next purchase.
